In addition, the company offers ticketing solutions for sports, lifestyle events, concerts, travel, parks, and rides; access control and customer relationship management; mobile retail solutions; online bill payment; and mobile products, services, and content. It serves mobile networks, utilities, banks, retailers, petroleum companies, and point-of-sale device industries. The company was formerly known as Blue Label Telecoms Limited and change its name to Blu Label Unlimited Group Limited in September 2025. Blu Label Unlimited Group Limited was founded in 2001 and is headquartered in Johannesburg, South Africa.
